DESCRIPTIONS, PRICING, & AVAILABILITY

Every effort is made to ensure all visual representations and descriptions of our goods correspond to the actual goods you will receive. However the material on this site is provided for general information only. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. All measurements given are approximate and for reference only. As items are hand made, you should expect your order to differ slightly from the images shown on our website.

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product page, on the date the order is placed. All prices on eternallyclose.co.uk include VAT.  Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be contacted and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We do not represent or warrant that goods will be available. Stock levels are not provided on the site. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

DELIVERY

All Eternally Close jewellery is carefully made to order in England  individually, therefore we ask that you make yourself aware of our Making Times, and our Delivery Times.

The Making Time for each item is variable depending on the time year and how busy we are.  We aim to make each piece of jewellery within 4 to 6 weeks, but this can take longer.   Our Making Times are estimates only, and at busy times of the year the Making Times may increase without notice.

Once your order is made, it will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery and a signature is required upon receipt. Usually you should receive your order within 3 working days of notification of dispatch. Please contact us if your delivery is delayed, and we will provide the tracking number to enable you to locate it with Royal Mail.

We regret we are unable to refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after dispatch as this is when Royal Mail classes items as lost.

CANCELLATION

Eternally Close. reserves the right to cancel your order at any point, for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, description or price errors or other reasons. We can not accept any liability for damage or loss resulting from such cancellation.

RETURNS

All Eternally Close products are personalised and made-to-order to your specific requirements, and as such are non-refundable, unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. To limit the possibility of disappointment we advise you check your order details very carefully and ensure you are happy with your choice of jewellery and colour before submitting your order.

Incorrect goods: If you receive goods which do not match those ordered, e.g. an incorrect product, then please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt to arrange return. Providing that we determine that an error on our part has occurred, then we will arrange for replacement goods at no additional cost to you.

Faulty goods: In the unlikely event that goods are received faulty or damaged, then please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt to arrange return. Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will replace your goods, whichever is appropriate, at no additional cost to you.  Eternally Close does not accept any responsibility for any returned items which are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. This is the responsibility of the customer. When returning goods you should use a recorded delivery service which offers adequate insurance.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Eternally Close receiving your return. Refunds will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.

ONLINE SECURITY & PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider. We accept payment online by credit or debit card. Payment can also be made using Paypal.
