How Your Jewellery From Ashes Is Made

Each of our jewellery pieces contain a blank channel. This is where your ashes, fur or hair is carefully placed. We carefully and respectfully suspend a small amount of ashes or hair or fur into our special vegan resin in the colour chosen by you from our colour chart and in thin layers add it to the channel in your chosen jewellery piece. It is a delicate process and it is done in many stages.

If you are having your jewellery made with ashes, you can choose to have them hidden or visible.  Please note having the ashes hidden is only available for a pearl or sparkle colour option. 

The final layer of resin is hard and glossy to ensure that the precious contents are well protected and the finished keepsake piece looks beautiful for years to come. This is how your jewellery from ashes is made.

 As with all Sterling Silver jewellery it does need love and care to keep it looking its best and for that reason an aftercare polishing cloth and care instruction card is included with each finished piece.
